Getting Started

After signing up, go to Settings → Locations and click "Add Warehouse." Enter your warehouse name, address, and optionally upload a floor plan image. You can then add zones, racks, and shelves within the warehouse to organize your inventory.

Yes! Oryn supports CSV and Excel imports. Navigate to Inventory → Import and download our template. Fill in your data and upload the file. Our system will validate and preview the import before committing changes.

The number of team members depends on your plan: Basic allows 3 members, Core allows 25 members, and Pro offers unlimited team members. You can manage roles and permissions for each user from the Team Management section.

Features & Usage

Go to Inventory → Generate QR to create codes. You can generate single items or bulk batches. Select the fields to include on the label, preview the design, and print directly or download as PDF. We support standard label printers and regular paper.

Yes! The Oryn mobile app supports full offline functionality. You can scan items, record movements, and update quantities without an internet connection. All changes sync automatically when you're back online.

Absolutely. Enable batch tracking in your inventory settings. For each item, you can record batch/lot numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates. Set up alerts to notify you before items expire.

Set a minimum stock threshold for each item. When inventory drops below this level, Oryn sends email notifications and displays in-app alerts. You can also configure automated reports and reorder reminders linked to your suppliers.

Account & Billing

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data is always preserved when switching plans.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.

We're currently building out Oryn and haven't launched publicly yet. Join our waitlist to be the first to know when we open access. Early waitlist members will receive priority onboarding and special launch pricing.

Security & Privacy

Oryn uses bank-level encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and perform regular security audits. Your data is backed up daily across multiple geographic regions.

Yes. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Data Management. If you decide to close your account, you can request complete data deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
